The Jaguar for the Firefighter
Feuer Magazin/February 1996
Excerpt in English Translation:
"Here we introduce the K-15 Jaguar. When firefighter Bill McBride enters his vehicle it seems like something changes inside him. He puts the vehicle in gear and switches on the monitors. When he reports to the tower the visitor wonders if the vehicle would lift off. Bill's facial expression is like he is the pilot from AIRWOLF even though his mission is on the ground. The driver feels he is in the pilot's seat. This is understandable. From first glance the COLET Jaguar looks like a stepbrother of the Apache Army helicopter. It's no wonder because the designer Colet uses the technology from aircraft design. The frame of the vehicle is built of stainless steel with a monocoque design making up the main support. Good, strong build and lightweight with excellent unique suspension system. From the cockpit the firefighter has an excellent view. ...The steering can be compared to Formula One...Where other crash trucks cannot go, the Jaguar would not have a problem. The vehicle is fully loaded and you feel not take a short trip but one to the future."
